MOHAMED ABDUL RAHIM started a construction company in 1968 named MARK and after 15 years of solid operating experience, he subsequently established HAFEERA CONTRACTING W.L.L., (HCC) in 1983.

He has since developed the organisation and structure of HCC to be able to successfully carry out building and civil engineering projects in Bahrain, that vary in size, type and complexity.

HCC experience is varied and it includes, but is not limited to, the following types of projects:-

The HCC Managing Office is located in Sitra,Kingdom of Bahrain, and provides support, guidance and monitoring of the operations. This presentation is intended to provide tender pre qualification information for HCC in the categories of construction activity listed above. Information is included showing the extent of its manpower, plant, machinery and financial resources to undertake complex projects.

Organization

Over the years HAFEERA has created an organizational structure that has enabled the successful completion of major projects throughout Bahrain where harsh weather, logistical support and difficult transportation facilities are quite challenging. This flexible and adaptable approach has been developed over time to suit industry trends as well as specific project requirements. Although the individual projects continue to function as individual capable units, the Managing Office in Sitra has been strengthened to provide guidance and support.

Main office

The Main Office has an organization that provides expertise in engineering, estimating, construction equipment, legal, financial and administrative fields. Furthermore, this organization monitors all field operations and management is being consolidated in the office with operations to provide constant support and guidance to the ever-growing company.

Project Organization

A HAFEERA project is run by an organization tailored to meet the particular needs of the specific project concerned. The team is headed by a Project Manager and is a complete entity responsible for the construction of the project.

This Company was established in 1994 with a paid capital of BD. 50,000/-, and was formed to fabricate aluminium doors, windows, etc. for building and construction projects throughout Bahrain. HAFEERA manages this company completely by providing personnel and equipment and by using the support of the HCC Managing Office in setting policies and procedures.

2. AL ZAWYA CONTRACTING EST.

This company was established in 1990, and was formed to provide services in the field of Landscaping, Earthworks, Irrigation Networks, Playgrounds and High Quality Buildings. HAFEERA manages this company completely by providing personnel and equipment and by using the support of the management office in setting policies and procedures.

3. THREE SEAS MARBLE AND GRANITE

This company was established in the year 2005, and was formed to provide services in the fields of all types of tiles, paints, and providing plastics, and screws for windows. HAFEERA manages this company completely by providing personnel and equipment and by using the support of the management office in setting policies and procedures.
